The importance of the environment
In our recent 100 years or so the worlds species numbers have been dropping from elephants to the blue whale, from penguins to tigers and pandas to rhino's creatures of the earth die every day due to our unfortunate actions.
To help species from meeting there unfortunate demise many charities, company's and even zoo's have devoted months of their time to helping critically endangered species, for instance hedgehogs and elephants , trees could be the saviours of thousands of endangered species. However that option doesn't seem to have enough even if we put hundreds if years into it 78 trees are chopped down per minute and by the tame we had grown 500 new trees more than 1000 trees would be dead.
Red panda's
Red panda's are endangered but they are one of the best species to ever go above the canopy of jungles and forests. They are covered in red, orange and white stripes and stand on all fours. Despite their name they are not relatives of the great panda.There is an estimation of less than 10,00 left.
Black rhino's
These are critically endangered species who are probably more for than northern white rhino's who there are only two of left in the world and are both females.Half of all rhino species die in territorial combat. There are only an estimation of 6421 black rhinos left.
African forest elephant
These critically endangered species inhabit the dense rainforests of west and central Africa. They usually travel in groups of 20 and forage for leaves, grasses, seeds, fruit and tree bark. There are fewer than 100,000 left.
Sea lions
Sea lions are endangered and also adorable. They hang out on large colonies on rocks in the ocean and lay in the sun for hours on end. There are 3031 believed to be left.
So with all these adorable, loved animals being endangered it shows about the care we need to put into saving the worlds loved animals.
